Some of your business still runs manually. It doesn't have to.
Data re-typed between systems. The same twenty questions answered on repeat. Reports rebuilt every month from scratch. We find that work, automate it, and show it running on your own data.
What each one actually involves.
Open any of them. No jargon, no packages you have to decode — just what we do, what you get, and roughly what it takes.
AI Discovery Agent
+People increasingly ask an AI assistant rather than a search engine — and if your site can't be crawled, rendered or understood, you simply don't appear in the answer. This agent audits exactly why, then implements the fixes rather than handing you a report.
- Crawler access — whether AI crawlers are being blocked by robots.txt or meta directives without anyone realising
- Rendering check — whether your content exists in the HTML, or only appears after JavaScript runs, which many crawlers never see
- Structured data — product, price, availability and organisation schema written, validated and deployed
- Citation readiness — the markup and files that let an answer engine quote you correctly instead of paraphrasing a competitor
- Fixes implemented — we make the changes and re-test, rather than sending a list for someone else to action
A note on honesty: parts of this field are still settling — llms.txt, for instance, is an emerging convention rather than a guaranteed standard. We implement what demonstrably works today and tell you plainly which parts are a bet on where things are heading.
Financial Planning & Analysis
+Large companies run an internal management reporting function — a team that closes the month, explains the variance and tells the board what to worry about. Most growing businesses cannot justify that headcount, so they go without, and decisions get made on last month’s bank balance.
This puts the same function in place without the salary. It builds the forecast, holds it against the budget, and puts a scorecard on your desk every month without anyone starting it — so the decisions that scale the business are made on numbers rather than instinct.
- Forecasting — a rolling view of revenue, cost and cash, rebuilt as actuals arrive rather than once a year
- Budgeting — the plan held against what actually happened, with the variance explained in sentences
- Monthly scorecard — one page on the first: what moved, by how much, and which of it needs a decision
- Written commentary — findings ranked by materiality, and the questions worth putting to your own team
- Your format — inbox, dashboard or spreadsheet, whichever your team already opens
Landing Page
+One page that proves the offer instead of describing it. We write the positioning, design the page, and build in an interactive piece that does something real with the visitor's own input — so a prospect has already used your product before they fill in a form.
- Positioning and copy — written by us, signed off by you before anything is designed
- A working demonstration — the interactive piece that makes the page worth visiting
- Mobile-first build — fast, accessible, and correct on a phone before a desktop
- Deployed and handed over — hosted wherever you like, source included, no retainer
Full Working Website
+A complete multi-page site built to the same standard as the one you are reading — because this site is the sample. Structure, copy, design, interaction and deployment, with the working demonstrations that separate a real site from a brochure.
- Multi-page structure — the pages your business actually needs, not a fixed template
- Interactive demonstrations — the same approach as our own analysis tool, built for your product
- Forms and enquiry routing — wired to your inbox, with spam protection that works
- Yours outright — full source, deployed on your hosting, no lock-in and no monthly fee
Not outsourced, not a theme, not a template with our logo dropped in. Every page, every animation and every working demonstration here was designed and built in-house — including the analysis tool that reads a real spreadsheet and writes the commentary.
Which means you have already seen the standard. You are looking at the sample.
Something else entirely
+Plenty of the work we do doesn't fit a product name. If there is manual effort in your business that none of the above covers, we scope it properly first — what it would take, what it would cost, and whether it is worth doing at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that it isn't.
- Scoping first — a short piece of paid discovery before anyone commits to a build
- Build versus buy — when an off-the-shelf tool wins, we will tell you so
- Custom applications — purpose-built around your data and your workflow when nothing else fits
- Source handed over — you own what we build, with no dependency on us to keep it running
We don't sell packages.
We price the work.
A package is a guess dressed up as a number. Someone always ends up paying for what they didn't need — and it is usually the smaller client, on the simpler job. We would rather find out what the work actually is, tell you plainly what it takes, and charge for that. Nothing else.
We will not take on work we think you are overpaying for. If an off-the-shelf tool does the job for a fraction of what we would charge, we will tell you which one. If your budget genuinely cannot cover what you need, we will say that too, rather than quietly delivering something thinner and calling it done.
That costs us the occasional engagement. It has never once cost us a client.
EIGHT PROBLEMS.
ONE PATTERN.
You don't need to know the word "AI" to know these problems. You just need to have lived with one of them.

Leave your problem with us — the more detail, the sharper our approach. We'll bring a proposed solution to our first meeting, not more questions. And the automation? It's already starting, quietly, in the background — before we've even spoken.
